We are looking for candidates joining us as Telecaller Inbound in New Delhi. The salary for the role would range from 11000 to 14500.

Customer Support Associate (CSA)
Job Profile-
Customer support advisor will be responsible for customer service and handling online product delivery related enquirers from the customer end. Provide and share information with customer by leveraging available tools and information. Via calling.
Mandatory Criteria-
Min HS Passed

Excellent verbal & Written communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI
Customer orientation
No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining
8 hour of the day
