Job Description
Responsibilities of candidates include:
1. Attending calls generated through campaigns, portals etc
2. Cold calling to available data
3. Communicating to customers regarding project in English/Hindi
4. Pushing for site visits
5. Post site visit calls for converting to booking
6. Inform customers about company's products/services and offers
7. Manage outbound customer calls in a timely manner
8. Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
9. Ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar using dialer systems
