Responsibilities
Site Inspections: Verify client site environment meets the requirements prior to installation.
Equipment Services: Provide installation, maintenance, repair of equipment at installed locations and in pre-deployment facilities.
Monitoring: Monitor, analyze and resolve all locker technical problems and customer/site issues.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform periodic preventive maintenance routines, install upgrades, recalibrate and make modifications to the equipment as specified.
SLA: Monitor, ensure rapid response to ensure client/customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements are Elevate or escalate issues when appropriate, according to established procedures. Must be diligent about ensuring continuity of client/customer operations and high levels of client/customer satisfaction. Manage client/customer incidents as assigned.
Business Development: Build working relationships with clients at deployed locations. Must support our business development activities by identifying, pitching, signing up, and managing locations. Up to 50% of work time and performance evaluation will be tied directly to actual contribution towards our business development.
Desired Skills
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics with experience in technical service of any of ATM, Electronics, Electro-Mechanical, satellite dish company, fridges, washing machines, water filter or Automated Equipment and/or devices. Freshers also can apply with having strong electronics knowledge and good attitude towards.
Should have good presentation skills. Excellent spoken & written English communication skills and spoken fluency in regional language.
Proficient in using spreadsheets/database apps, search engines, and business databases, etc. to identify contacts and leads.
High energy and enthusiasm, flexible team player who is well organized and very professional.
Travel constantly and extensively in and around the city to visit sites & clients 6 days/week which may include weekends and morning/evening shift timings, must have and use own 2-wheeler vehicle (travel allowance provided), and an updated Android smartphone.
