70% Recruitment & 30% Operation activity 1. Recruitment of the Branches. 2. Offer Letters / Offer confirmation emails. 3. Documentation and Salary Account of New Joinees. 4. Briefing the new employees with the Induction Process. 5. Completing the Joining Formality by entering the details on Employee Database) 6. Taking care of Appointment Letters / Confirmation Letters / Show Cause Letters / Warning Letters /Appreciation Letters /Termination Letters / Absconding Letters and any other formal letter as and when required. 7. Working on Employee training / motivation & benefits. 8.Circulation of contests from time to time. 9. Quarterly performance evaluation submission to Zonal Head. 10.Incentive calculation and sharing the file with HO HR by 7th Of every month. 11. Handling monetary discrepancy reports confidentially. 12. Any other work as and when ever assigned.
