JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Identifying HR issues, providing information & recommendations to CEO, establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
• Guiding management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating HR policies, procedures & guidelines - communicating and enforcing organization values.
• Studying existing and new legislation, anticipating legislation - enforcing adherence to requirements & advising management on needed actions.
Managing HR operations –
o Manpower planning
o Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, counselling, and disciplining staff.
o Monitoring & appraising staff performance.
o Overseeing & managing compensation.
o Designing systems, resolving problems, implementing changes.
• Overseeing Admin function.
Education qualifications Required skills & work experience
• Graduate degree in any stream.
• Post-graduate degree in management, human resources or related field.

Required skills & work experience
At least ten years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers compensation and conflict resolution.
• Experience working with a diverse workforce - Exceptional interpersonal skills including listening, training and coaching.
• Has the ability to quickly establish credibility and respect and build strong working relationships with department
managers. Demonstrable maturity & professionalism.
• Ability to develop new HR policies and programs based on business requirements.
• Should be proactive, flexible & capable of implementing change. Strong leadership & problem solving skills and general management expertise.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written - Fluent in Hindi & English.
