We are looking for candidates joining us as Business Development Executive in Mumbai. The salary for the role would range from 20000 to 50000.
WHAT YOU WILL DO?
● Being a mentor and guide, who potential learners can look up to for career advice.
● Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and understanding how Institute can catalyze their career.
● Carrying weekly enrolment/revenue and collection targets.
● Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of Institute model of online learning.
● Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone calls, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
● Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
● Graduate with 0.6 months to 5 years’ experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Telesales / Educational Sales.
● Proactive & problem solving attitude.
● Excellent communication skills verbal & written, should be able to communicate with learners and other stakeholders.
● Extra-ordinary negotiation and pitching skills required.
● Ownership & responsibility of tasks delegated
● Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up
● Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mindset
● Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality.
