- Support in specific capability callouts for the Retail, CSD and CnC team (Step outs, leadership connects)
- Design, build and drive a future fit digital learning environment for the larger team
- IB field force end to end management
- Outer core field force engagement Lead (specifically end to end management of Shubharambh for PCs, Big Day PC appreciation)
- Medical claims and policy support for Modern Trade employees
- Modern Trade & General Trade white collar contingent workforce management
- Conference, Townhall & Good Service Award management
- Drive a winning culture for the overall Modern Trade team"
