For Gold Loan
Job Duties & responsibilities
• Conducting local promotions for identifying potential / prospecting customers through marketing activities and cavassing
for LAP
1. Experience of LAP–
a. Minimum 2 years sourcing experience in loan against property (Micro segment below INR 5 Mio)
b. Should have experience of managing referral or third party relationships
c. Should have experience of sourcing leads directly from open market
d. Education background to be as per requirement placed for Gold loans
e. Should have worked in the respective location for at least 2 years for respective product category i.e. Consumer LAP
f. Should be a Top performer serving any of the top organizations from sourcing perspective (Fife star credit, Vistaar, Awaas, IDFC, ABFL, Fullerton India, HDB)
g. No negative feedback or fraud observed
h. Age group of 27-42 preferably towards the lower end of the range
i. Extensive knowledge of nature of properties for respective location
j. DST with own vehicle for faster execution preferred
2. Scope of Work
a. Sourcing
b. Documentation collection basis checklist provided
c. Post sanction document completion
Interfacing with customer for any queries pertaining to leads emanating across stages of loan assessment
• Shortlisting customers through basic screening and fitment - Identifying and Sourcing customers with basic screening
• Seeing and verifying original documents (OSV), bank employee to certify
• Submission of customer file/documents to credit approval authority for decision making
• Executing documentation with the customer
Required Experience
1-2 years minimum sales experience .
o Ideally with specific product (Gold loans)
o Else financial services
o Else Sales
Education / Preferred Qualification
• Minimum Graduate
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Good communication skills – English -written and spoken .
• Local language – minimum Spoken
