Experience: HSC/Graduates with 1 year Experience ( In Troubleshooting)
Grad fresher - exceptions
They should have knowledge on service desk.
Knowledge or experience on Active directory, Citrix , IP address, exchange servers, office 365, proxy gateways will be an added advantage
They will be working in US night shifts mostly
2:30pm-11:30 (tenured employees)
6:30pm-3:30am
11:30pm - 8:30am
8:30am to 5:30pm
*️⃣Agent should be able to give first level resolution or escalate after proper diagnosis
*️⃣Excellent Verbal & written communication skills (C3/C2)
Thane transport boundary to be followed
Home pickup and drop for shifts in between 10 pm to 6 am only
