Customer Service
Responsible for resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaint. determining the cause of the problem. selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem. following up to ensure resolution
Generate Sales leads
Responsible for driving sales for various Airtel Plans, Plan upgrades & Products including my Airtel APP, WYNK, Airtel TV etc. for new & existing Airtel customers.
Deliver on all agreed KPIs with adherence to pre-defined Scope of Plan to run store operations smoothly.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures & expected code of conduct.
Ensure completion of store operational requirements
