Job Description
Customer Sales Executive (CSE) – Outsourced Employee responsible for sourcing Retail & MSME Advances from the customers. A typical CSE would be responsible for sourcing
only single type of advances viz. Home loan or Auto loan.
Responsibilities of Sales Employees
The key responsibilities of CSE would be in the following areas:
• Achievement of agreed sales objectives for the defined territory/ region for all the Retail & MSME advances
• Compliance with the Bank’s Code of Conduct
• Maintain the daily sales reports in the desired format prescribed by the Bank from time to time
• Refer cross sell leads of other products to otherSales Channels / Verticals as instructed by the Bank.
• Update market information and competition schemes timely to reporting managers.
• Go through the Product & Sales skill training provided by the Bank and constantly update themselves of the latest product features and guidelines.
• Will act as single point of contact for coordination on all the activities done by Auto Dealer DSA and Builder Dealer DSA jointly with the Bank.
• Plan and execute marketing activities for assigned products within the geographical area allotted to CSE.
