Job Description
• Ensuring the TAT at ASW is above 80% in fifteen days and 100 % in 30 days for all customer watches , to achieve targets focus on the availability of spares at ASW along with LASCs and Follow up the indented spares/ppc for a quick dispatches
• Attending and resolving all product related queries receive from various channels like direct customers , dealer calls from market place, Email, Call centre queries
• As per requirement, doing the requalification of RS watches, spares stock to maintain the health of watches/spares, doing the requalification of GRN watches on time as per request.
• To Insure a Very low repeat return ratio at ASW by maintaining the quality standards. Also Taking observation and testing thoroughly the repair watches before delivery from ASW.
• Ensure the revenue generation at ASW is increased by 20% year to year. Collecting advance payment against repair of watches from the parties.
• Collecting outstanding dues in time to maintain the ageing within given credit period
• Monitoring all ASW operations like the repairable activities, parts used, Courier Boys market visit etc.
• To check LASC and GPRC claims and keep an eye on LASC expenses & GPRC claims so that they are well within our budget. Also filtering fake claims
• Updating the market on newly launched tech products and newly launched movements , which helps to create awareness on product
• Quality feedback on product defects and alert the QC department to take quick actions
• Regular visit to market with sales team to know the technical issues of watches in market as well as exact timing and quality of service provide by ASW, LASC & ASC
• To increase the strength of service network, appoint new LASC/ASC as per requirement in the assign territory
• Timely submit all reports, claim and follow up with ASW, LASC, ASC & other team for daily, weekly and monthly reporting
