Job Description
1) Drill bit pipe and required material ( cylinder ) shifting from store and maintenance room.
2) Fabrication of drill bit and fixing and drilling machine centering.
3) Preventive maintenance of Drilling machine, Mudgun, Blower house, ID and FD fan, 3 T crane , PCM,
4) PCM chain link changing, Mould bolts, roller changing, structure repair.
5) Attending Shutdown maintenance activities like Blow pipe changing, Face cap changing.
6) Daily monitoring of all running equipment in furnace and RMHS.
7) Preventive maintenance of conveyor belt( Greasing , Idler and pulley changing , discharge chute repair)
8) Vibrating screen replacement, screen patch up.
9) Weigh bin repair like damage plate changing, discharge gate repair/changing.
10) Mudgun machine centering adjustment, damaged hose replacing, cylinder changing.
11) Preventive maintenance of Top equipment, like roller, gear box ,chain changing .
12) Shell cooling nozzle cleaning and damaged cooling pipe changing.
13) Damaged pipe line changing.
14) Blower maintenance like OCS oil filling , tank cleaning , filter changing ,
15) Contractor have to provide 6 gang manpower.
16) All fitter should have separate tool box ( tools includes 6 to 32 ring and D spanner, pipe wrench 8 ’’and 12’’, 8 ‘’ screw spanner , 36 -41 spanner ( Ring and D) , 46 -50 ring and D spanner ,55 hammering spanner and 50 - 55 open spanner , Align key set MM and Inches, Hack saw frame, shim cutter, 3 tons D-shackle)
17) Contractor should provide chain block of 2 or 3T capacity of 4 nos.
18) Contractor should provide reciter type welding machine with all safety equipment like ELCB , return cable .
19) Each welding machine should be 50 meter cable length.
20) Contractor should provide cutting set of 30 mtr length with safety device like flash arrestor at both side.
21) Maintaining good housekeeping at all equipment area and cast house.
