• Managing the end to end recruitment process
• Responsible for Recruitment, Selection via job portals, walk-ins, employees- references, followed by screening, shortlisting, and scheduling of interviews of the candidates
• Induction, Orientation, onboarding, and Exit Formalities Offer letter generation.
• Handle employee engagement
• Provide administrative support
• Coordinating office activities
• Proven partially hands-on working with startups
• Dynamic, enthusiastic to work with the environment
• Employee performance management inhouse, branches, offshore
• Immediate Joiners will be preferred
• Salary & Payroll Processing
• Preferably Female candidate
