- Candidate should have experience in Blue collar Recruitment (Sales hiring, housekeeping , Non IT skills ).
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods.
- Should have target chasing attitude

- Excellent communication skills
- Should have strong knowledge on end to end recruitment.
- Should have strong knowledge on various sourcing strategies
