Front end Business Role Requirement- "

Prepare the cost estimates including the services and repair costs and the cost of spare parts, if needed.
Suggest to customer protective / beautification solutions which are beneficial both to customer & profitability of workshop
Ensure delivery of vehicles to customers on time & in clean condition
Customer Handling- "Greet customers and interact with them to understand their vehicular problems.
Handle customer inquiries and respond to their needs in a cool, courteous and prompt manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level through effective services and repairs.
Handle and manage softly the minor complaints and irritants with the customers.
Check satisfaction level of each customer after final inspection
Educate customers on maintaining their vehicles & maintenance schedule to avoid any major damages and further expenses.
Technical Skill - "Understand Common vehicle problems, reasons & the solutions.
