Front end Business Role- Handling showroom Operations
Responsible for Sales Target Achievement,
Customer Engagement - Effective customer relation management
Showroom Outside Activities- Lead generation, Planning and Execution Of outside activities respect to enhancing overall business
Backend Role- "Recruit, Train, Coach showroom, associates and Monitoring and Motivating them to reach peak performance.
Ensure Inventory management, maintain Showroom Hygiene, Vehicles display,"
Business / Sales Skills / Customer handling skills- "Good understanding of sales process and customer service.
Must have good business acumen and customer interaction & engagement skills
Must have finance acumen to talk on financing products"
Biking Knowledge & Enthusiasm- Strong understanding of Product, Competition, Biking nitti gritties, Biking enthusiasm. Should own a two wheeler & exhibit passion on biking like travelling on bike, Biking sports, subscription to biker gang or Biking Social/ Digital Media.
