Delivery Associates are responsible for ensuring timely delivery and managing onsite customer experiencesReview production orders and Hiring for “Delivery Boy”

Post- Delivery Boy
Salary- 14,000 + 500 (Bonus) monthly bonus + 100 rupee petrol per day
( Fixed Salary ).
Requirement: Urgent

Delivery Boy Responsibilities:
- Distributing various packages to specified locations within a given time frame.
- Planning daily travel routes based on locations and time frames.
- Carefully loading and unloading all packages.
- Accepting and recording payment for delivered packages.
- Answering customers’ questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner.
- Investigating any discrepancies with the delivered packages.
- Obtaining customers' signatures on delivery papers upon completion of each delivery.
- Cleaning, washing, refueling, and maintaining the company vehicle.
- Promptly reporting any road accidents and traffic violations to the company.
Delivery Boy Requirements:
- 10th / 12th passed out
- Valid driver's license + Bike
( Must )
- Clean driving record.
- Proven delivery experience is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of local roads and routes.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
Regarding the petrol billing for the delivery boy:-
1. If he will be able to deliver 20 packets on the daily basis- then the company will provide 2600 ( Petrol amount ) in the end of the month
2. If he will be able to deliver more than 20 + packets daily then Rs. 100 ( on daily basis ) scheduleLoad and transport productsEnsure friendly and professional onsite presence while onsite at client locations.
