"1)Calling the customer within standard TAT of 4hrs after frontline team has scheduled a callback
2)Timely & proactive follow up on the issues raised by the customer until resolved
3)Proactively Drafting crisp and meaningful follow up emails in order to keep customer's posted on the complaint status
4)Should be flexible with shift timings
