"1)Excellent Command Over English & Hindi Language
2)Strong Listening and Comprhending skills

6)Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
7)Apt with the Problem Solving Skills
8)Should be aware of the basic fundamentals of using a computer

2)Timely & proactive follow up on the issues raised by the customer until resolved
3)Proactively Drafting crisp and meaningful follow up emails in order to keep customer's posted on the complaint status
