Team Leaders coordinate work groups. They may work in a variety of industries and their duties are providing training, developing strategies, setting goals for the team, listening to the team's feedback, and creating reports for the appropriate personnel.
1. For TL higher experience required 5 – 7 Years for AM
2. Graduation is mandatory
3. Bike & Smartphone is a must.
4. Worked in the Education industry is a preferred choice but not mandatory. (BFSI & telecom can be taken as secondary).
5. But the experience of getting the work done through channel partners & Franchise's is a key requisite.
