Job Description: * Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales volume, periodical forecasting * Generate & Maximize Sales orders * Grow business in terms of volume, revenue & coverage * Develop and manage efficient distribution network for sales. * Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team * Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness * Maintaining relations with distributors & retailers in the territory * Knows how to reduce cost
Functions: * Marketing & Promotional activities * Route alignment of sales team * Smooth functioning of payment cycle from market * 24*7 working, if work demands * Create and maintain healthy & wealthy team environment * Maintain positive attitude of sales team
Day to day activities: * Sales team report with DSR * Daily task allotment to sales team
Responsibility: * Maximize Distributors Network by maintaining healthy relations with distributors * Boost sales by offering regular offers/discounts policies
Educational Qualification: * P.G and above (MBA MARKETING OR EQUIVALENT TO MBA DEGREE)

Background / Experience: * 3-5 years of Experience from Ayurvedic /Medical Industry/FMCG Sector
