Customer Care Executive

· Responsible For Making Inbound/ Outbound Calls And Regular Follow Up On Leads Assigned. (No Cold Calling, Leads Will Be Provided)
· Build A Strong Relationship/ Trust With Customers By Understanding The Customer Requirements And Suggesting The Right Product To The Customers.
· Selling Jewelry Over Webchat, Phone, Email And Achieve The Targeted Sales Numbers & Value, Set Quality Parameters
· Explaining The Product Features In Detail And Variations For The Same.
· Understand The Customer Requirements, Encourage Them With Current Offers
· Address All The Issues/Grievances Of Customers And Provide The Right Customer Experience.
· Capture The Insights From Customer Interactions And Share Them With The Internal Team.
· Strictly Adhere To The Process Requirements
. Need a person who can primarily read and speak Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, if writing is also known than that would be an added advantage
