Roles & Responsibilities:
Resolving customer issues/queries over call (Voice Process)

Skills Required:
Good English communication skills with fluency in any regional language.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Shifts :- Rotational Shifts.

Experience: Freshers/ Experience.

Nature of the job:

You will be given an opportunity to interact and resolve the queries of customers one of the best brands across the country.
1. Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
2. Provide World Class Customer Service.
3. End to End Transaction of Reports.
4. Ability to deal with Customers.

Interview Dates: Monday to Saturday

Interview Timing: 10.00 AM to 03.00 PM
