Business Development Associate (WORK FROM HOME) Location , PAN India Based on your profile, we would shortlist you for a Video Interview Call after a brief interaction over call (call duration will be 3-6min-- Time Slot 2 pm-9 pm). Basic Requirements: 1- Bachelor's Degree 2- Comfortable with fieldwork 3- Strong or Decent proficiency in Spoken English 4- Flexible to relocate 5- Comfortable with long working hours & main aspiration should be towards money & growth. 6- Able to handle stress and pressure 7- Looking for long term career in Sales 8- A go-getter who has a knack for sales and a keen interest in helping students learn better. Working Days: 5 days work week (Saturday and Sunday Mandatory working) Probation Period: 2 months CTC during probation period: INR 5 LPA (INR 3 LPA as Fixed Pay + INR 2 LPA as Incentive Pay) CTC after successful completion of probation period: INR 10 LPA (INR 5 LPA as Fixed Pay + INR 3LPA as Incentive Pay+ 2LPA as Allowance)
