A Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities planning and implementing new sales plans. They will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals.
Duties and Responsibility
- He needs to have a 2 wheeler (bike/scooter).
-He has to call up clients who have enquired about house & schedule a visit to show the house
-He has to explain the house features, commercials, and convert the leads to Booking.(We shall provide Training )
-Needs to be on the field most of the time.
-Hardworking, disciplined, good communication skills
-Needs to know English and 2 local languages.
-Basic Knowledge of Email Communication & excel
