Job Description
Salary Range – 16k Net to 22k Net + Rs. 200/day conveyance + Incentives
Product : Fruits & Vegetables
Brief JD
1. Building customer base through cold calls every day in the field beats / On boarding new customers (Kiran Shops/ Fruits & Vegetables Shop)
2. Ensure minimum of 45 customers are met every day
3. To achieve month on month sales targets
4. Ensuring sales collection (payment form customers)
5. To create the brand awareness trough cold calls
6. Ensure waycool share is increasing day by day in the market
7. Customer service and customer relation
8. should handle highly dissatisfied customer and retain
9. Minimum 10th passed and should be able to read product names in English and capable of taking orders through mobile Apps
10. Should have good negotiations skills
11. Prior sales experience sales in must preferably in GT FMCG / Fruits & Vegetables Sales experience
12. Two wheeler with valid license is must
13. Candidate should have good track record in sales and there should not be any integrity issues in his previous organisations
