Customer Support Executive (Chat Support and Call Support - Day Shift)
CSEs will be responsible for ensuring our consumers take the least effort in reaching us and their concerns are resolved quickly. Need a quick-thinking dedicated team member who will go the extra mile to make our consumers happy.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Hindi
Can type quickly and in an error-free manner
Prior experience on CSE teams will be preferred
Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
Following through on inquiries to ensure completion and satisfaction
Handled Chat Process - Good To Have
