We are looking for candidates joining us as Customer Care Executive in New Delhi. The salary for the role would range from 12500 to 23500.
Roles and Responsibilities
Managing inbound calls in a timely manner
Identifying end users needs, clarify information.
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 12th pass or any graduate with Science background
Should able to speak in both English & Hindi languages
Previous experience in a customer support /call handling role related to any portal/services with Indian Government will be an added advantage.
