Job Description
• Prescription Validation : Review the doctor’s Prescription, Checking their validity and legality
• Prescription digitization in OMS Screen
• Outbound Calls – Contact Customers in order to digitize prescription and Create order for all “Prescription Upload “ cases.
• Educate the customers on medicines dosage
• Ensure 100% Adherence on SOP’S and Process Guidelines
• Handle inbound & Outbound Calls
Desired Skills
• Good Knowledge in Brands and Molecules.
• Sound Knowledge on therapeutic classification of Drugs.
• Good Communication Skills.
