Minimum 65% Uploads with 90% DIP OK
KYC agent KRA
Marking Daily Attendance before 7 am on WorQ App.
Ensure whatever uploaded should be FIRST TIME RIGHT
On time every time pick up
Confirm back TL, feedback of all cases by 10.30am, 2.30pm & 5.30 pm
Minimum 60 Uploads with 100% DIP OK
If any rework, it must be completed in less than 3 days
Any additional pick up mapped by TL , Ensure it is picked up & uploaded to on time .
