• Conducts training programs for all skill levels, including basic sales skills, as well as advanced
Sales techniques at the Classroom, Point of Sales & Captive call-center environment
• Provides on the job hand holding to help the sales executives overcome objections, and teach
Consultative selling techniques.
• Should identify training needs and implement centrally/regionally driven comprehensive training program and R&R initiatives for the sales staff.
• Must own and drive performance culture, also, provide regular performance feedback and red flag the low performers.
• Must be available as a resource for various sales team members, who may need help for additional training for some various projects.
• Should adhere to planned training calendar and maintain monthly dashboards & daily reports
• Oversee and improves on overall grooming and presentation of the sales personals.
• Must take ownership of (0-3) month’s executives in terms of productivity i.e.
o Approval rate (> OP),
o RTB (o Application Dispatch (>target)
