Job Responsibilities
 Coordinate with the clients for their ITR filing and get their annual report prepared.
 Will need to coordinate with CA and govt. to verify documents of clients.
 Work as an advisor to the customers, and guide them for their business registrations.
 Handle client requests over phone and email on a daily basis
 Respond to client requests within the accepted turn-around time
 Lead of interested clients will be assigned to you by team leaders.
 Complete tasks like filing of forms, applying for licenses, etc., towards completion of
engagement
 complete all assigned tasks on time
 provide regular updates to the client
 report to team leaders on job performance
 explore opportunities for up selling and cross-sales
 work punctually and diligently
Salary Range: 15k to 18k (Apart from that incentives based on performance)
