Responsibilities:
The person is expected to contribute effectively to establishing the channel, driving growth, and geographic expansion of the channel.
Responsible for recruitment and management of Advisors.
Support and motivate the team providing a better understanding of the market/products.
Delivering the sales target assigned.
Meeting existing customers on a regular basis for achieving service standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: min graduation
Experience: min 2 years in field sales
Effective communication
presentation skill
