We are looking to hire HR Recruiter/ Field Recruiter- On Field Hiring (Non-IT Recruitment) for Metropolitan Cities (Delhi/ Chennai/ Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Pune).
#Experience required- 1-4 years in Non IT recruitment.
CTC- Max 3 LPA
On field hunting for FSE.
Visiting different areas as per demand
6 days on field
PTJ (Pending to Join) Calling
Coordination with onboarding team from all location
Daily updates on the FSE hirings.
Should have experience in Non-IT recruitments
Must have experience in Bulk Hiring.
Sourcing Relevant Profiles from Various Networking.
Headhunting, Networking, Database, Mass-Mailing, Job Posting, Etc. Scheduling Interviews.
Understanding the Manpower Requirements Taking the feedback from the Candidate regarding the Interview.
Follow up until the candidate gets on board and closures have been made.
Candidates must be ready to go on field for campus hiring, job fair, etc
