Duties/Responsibilities: Undertake design projects from ideation to conception and completion Conduct initial customer requisite surveys and determine client needs and budgets Research on various concepts, existing trends and patterns in Education industry and develop new ideas Look into Social Emotional Learning as an entire wholesome need for all schools and clients Create concept sketches and drafts for ideas on values and infrastructure Be able to assess the materials and make, quality to be used for making the above finalized designs To convert ideas into 3D models and renders to present to the client Prepare technical drawings with exact dimensions and specifications Explain concept sketches and ideas to clients via Presentations Follow up with clients on progress, specifications needed for development Do site visits and analyze client needs and user behavior Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors Performs other related duties as assigned. Ability to work patiently and calmly with high end clients Required Skills/Abilities: Proven working experience in interior spaces Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations
