Designation - Human Resource Manager
Responsibilities
Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
Expertise in HR policies and procedures
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Understanding of HR best practices and current regulation
Employee-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
Familiarity with MS Office Suites
Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant
Experience
2+ years’ experience as Human Resources Manag
Preference
Must be local (Vadodara or nearby Cities)
Must have 2+ years of experience in Call Center / BPO as a HR Manager
Day Shift
9 AM to 9 PM (9 Hour Shift)
Monday to Saturday (Working Days)
Location - Atladara, Vadodara
