JD5524 Tele-calling
Responsibilities of candidates include:
Tele-calling: -Responsible for negotiating with customers
Working days – 6 days
Week offs: during the weekdays on a rotational basis
-Responsible for negotiating with customers post car inspection and converting them into deliveries -Ensuring all processes are followed (complete documentation, data sanity on the internal dashboard, follow up with customers on any pending documents, etc) -Meet weekly and monthly delivery (and token) targets -Be customer champion by ensuring superb experience with the company.
Key Skills Required:
1-Min 6 months exp in telesales. Freshers can be considered if they have a good sales intent, enthusiasm, and energetic
2 Minimum graduates
3- Good communication skills
4- Expert negotiators
5- Good analytical skills
6- Smart & quick to respond to the customers
7 - Good knowledge of cars & car market prices
8– May not be from the Automobile industry however, willing to work in fast-paced environment company in the preowned car market segment
9- Only candidates knowing at least one regional language (as given in the table below) should be sourced
The salary range for candidates –
Up to 4 LPA + Incentives up to 25,000 Per Month. Salary will be based on the previous salary of the candidates. If a candidate is moving from another city, a hike of 20-30% can be given.
Special Conditions:
6 months Exp. in telesales is a must
Transport-Canteen:
Note: Accommodation for 7 Days and Flight tickets will be provided by the company to Non Local candidates
Min Qualification - Graduate(Hindi+English+Marathi)
