2. Duties and Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties and responsibilities of this job)
The DSA will be permanently available at dealership during its working hours and attend to all the walk in enquiries of Personal Segment.
Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner & responsible for assisting customers throughout the buying process till the customer is handed over to Sales executive for closure.
To offer scheme to customer and timely conversion of lead.
Basic data entry of customer credentials along with collection and scrutiny of KYC , CIBIL and dedupe check. Ensure RC Collection and updation post disbursement
Needs to pass on this enquiry to the Business Executive and from whereon Business Executive will ensure that the inquiry will be converted into the business.
DSA should chase the Business Executive till the final outcome (issuance of the Deliver Order or Rejection).
Should keep a record of all walk in customers and enquiries generated at Dealerships .
Should keep the dealer and ABM updated regarding every stage of the process of enquiry conversion into the business.
Telecalling to all customers as per Dealership enquiry list for leads conversions .
Keeping in touch with hot leads through tele-calling and providing post sales service
