coordinating with project manager and the team members
Assign task to field engineers and track, monitor the completion of tasks, Project Coordination
• Making Daily report and analysis by using V & H Lookups, Pivot, IF formulas.
• Making Central (Gujarat)
• Comparison with HQ and Central data.
• Team Co-ordination for surveys
• Team Co-ordination for FDD/TDD/3G/2G
• Looking for New site 2G,3G,4G installation and handover to MSP
• Coordinating with Vendors for achieving Targets on weekly and monthly basis
• Coordinating with Vendors for survey & integration
• 4G up gradation with FDD and TDD in existing sites
• Coordinating with TOCO for infra clearance & Access/owner issue clearance
